Beautifully decorated common areas enhance your stay.
Our experience was marred by significant issues with the bathroom. The slippery shower floor led to a serious accident, causing a concussion for my wife. Despite using the provided mat, there was no adequate safety warning. It was completely unacceptable for a supposedly high-end hotel to neglect such a crucial aspect.

This hotel had a very central position halfway down the drive to Kamloops airport. The staff was extremely polite, always there to help😃
Shame the bathroom was poor.

Easy to get to, great and beautiful location right by the public areas, all the restaurants and shops, and the center of the village. Consistently courteous staff and the room attractively furnished with a well set up kitchen and a big window, for instance.
Breakfast quite pricey.

Clean room with comfortable beds. Enjoyed the bike tours and the great pool. Parking charges are a downside for a family trip.

Friendly staff at all locations throughout the mountain. Bar down stairs was great with excellant staff and good atmosphere.
Did not recieve the room I had booked. Was looking for the "wow" effect when my wife and I booked the room and did not get that. The room was average and view was not what we were looking for. Being a local I wanted a special evening and everything we did, supper was excellant (definently had a great experience), hot tub good, local bars great. The room was the only disappointment in the evening. Booking did not exist when we got to Delta Sun Peaks.

How there were 3 hot tubs - lots of room for all the apres ski folks! The delicious food at Mantles restaurant. The friendly and helpful staff - upgraded my Grandma so she would be closer to the elevator, allowed for a later check-out time The location - at the foot of the ski hill! The comfy bed and pillows
Very poor lighting in the bathroom - once you draw the curtain, there is barely any light in the shower - not very safe for older people! How you have to pay extra for parking The way you need to use your key card for everything - so annoying

The hot tubs were AMAZING after a day on the slopes! Cozy and clean room with everything we needed. Only downside was the high parking fee. Would definitely recommend 🏔️

Let's just say that Sun Peaks is a place one needs. A pure winter sports resort, which in summer has trouble getting the beds somehow full. Therefore, all tour operators here make a stop-over because it is relatively cheap. The whole place looks like a plastic copy of Austrian ski resorts. Those who can, should rather avoid Sun Peaks completely. But if you are already there, this hotel is surely the best choice. The rooms are nicely furnished, the beds are new and comfortable, there are many shops and restaurants around.
Unfriendly receptionists. Attention: a room with a "view" costs extra, but if you are unlucky, you will look directly in front of an embankment or at the beautiful go-kart track, with the corresponding sound. The village is extinct at night (in summer), everything closes at 10 pm. Except for the Liquor-Store ;-)

Early check-in, late check-out, fashionable room with a kitchen, a comfortable chair and balcony. Incredible very central location, near to a castle, restaurants, ski hill base and hot tubs and bars close by. The pool area is heated too.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, and had spacious common areas that were easy to navigate. I especially appreciated the convenient ski-in/ski-out access and the lovely outdoor hot tubs with fine mountain views after a day of skiing.
Improved accessibility options for seniors would be helpful.
